    drinking Green Tea or instead take Green Tea Extract capsules? are the health benefits any different?
    Is one a way to get more antioxidants? still the same health benefits?

    No particular benefits, if you don’t like the taste of the tea take capsules.
    Some people eat the tealeaves with rice.
    You won’t lose weight but antioxidants are beneficial, so is theanine.
    If you prefer the taste of a different tea go with that.
